Active Life Store – Service Terms & Conditions

1. Diagnostic Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic fee of €30 applies to all scooters and €50 e-bikes left for inspection. This fee covers the time and labour required to identify the issue. If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee remains payable in full.

2. Parts and Labour Payment
For specific services, repairs, or part replacements (not general diagnostics), the agreed cost of parts and labour must be paid in full on the day of drop-off. Work will not commence until payment has been received.

3. Repair Approval
After diagnostics or assessment, Active Life Store will contact the customer with a repair estimate. No additional work will be carried out without the customer’s approval. If the repair is declined, the scooter or e-bike must be collected within 7 days from the date of notification (email, text, or phone).

4. Storage and Abandoned Items
Items not collected within 7 days after notification will incur a €50 storage and administration fee. Items left for more than 37 days from the date of notification will be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of by Active Life Store to recover storage and handling costs.

5. Responsibility and Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect customer property, Active Life Store cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage caused by fire, vandalism, or other incidents beyond our control, including after-hours events.

6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before the release of the repaired or inspected item. Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or online payment link. Items will not be released until payment is received in full.

7. Agreement
By leaving your scooter or e-bike for service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement becomes legally binding on the date of drop-off.
